Charting success since 1990
e. a. murphy & co. was established in 1990 to help individuals develop successful organizations and create new business. Two of the biggest challenges facing organizations are the exponential growth of information and the accelerated pace of change. Successful organizations need to be conscious of the big picture while not losing sight of the current picture.
“Over the years, I’ve learned that most people want to live in accordance with what deeply matters to them. A few things stand out. People want rewarding, intimate, loving, and fulfilling relationships and friendships, and they want work that is fulfilling and satisfying; work that allows for an expression of their strengths, talents, and abilities; work that creates a sense of achievement and accomplishment; work that is recognized and rewarded by others.”
